Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Artwork of people fleeing as the ground shakes and buildings collapse during the earthquake that took place on 16 August 1906, at Valparaiso, a coastal city in central Chile. The earthquake had a seismic magnitude of 8.6, and was felt as far away as Peru and Buenos Aires. Thousands of people were killed, and a tsunami struck the coast. Artwork published in the French magazine Le Pelerin, in 1906.
